By accessing or using the Speeko API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
By creating an account or using the Speeko API, you agree to these terms. We may update them at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You may use the Speeko API only for lawful purposes. You must not generate defamatory, obscene, threatening, or illegal content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these restrictions.
Keep your API keys confidential. Do not embed them in client-side code or share them publicly. You are liable for all usage under your API keys. Report suspected unauthorized use to [email protected] immediately.
Speeko uses a prepaid credit model. Credits are non-refundable except in cases of service error. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Unused credits do not expire.
We enforce rate limits to ensure fair use. Attempts to circumvent them (rotating IPs, multiple accounts) are prohibited and may result in permanent termination.
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting, you grant Speeko a limited license to process it solely for delivering the requested service. Speeko retains all rights to the platform and API.
Prohibited uses include: (1) Creating illegal content, (2) Impersonating or deceiving others, (3) Spam or mass sending, (4) Copyright infringement, (5) Processing personal data without consent, (6) Disrupting service. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
Speeko targets 99.5% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance is excluded. If we fail to meet this target, you receive a 10% credit of amounts paid. SLA claims must be made within 30 days.
The service is provided 'as is' without warranties. Speeko is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Speeko is not liable for interruptions caused by: (1) Third-party services (Stripe, Resend), (2) Internet connectivity issues, (3) Natural disasters, (4) Planned maintenance (24 hours' notice provided).
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
